    Kit Store improvements

    • Grouped by repo — kits in the store are now grouped under repo headers (── owner/repo ──) instead of a flat alphabetical list
    • Repo management everywhere — press r inside the Kit Store to add/remove repos, available in both play mode and setup mode
    • Smart input normalization — paste full GitHub URLs (https://github.com/owner/repo/), bare github.com/owner/repo, or just owner/repo — all work
    • Delete confirmation — removing a repo now requires pressing d twice to confirm
    • Duplicate detection — adding the same repo twice (even with different URL formats) is caught and shows an error
    • Store from kit picker — press s inside the kit picker (k) to jump directly to the store
    • Removed ./kits/ — no longer searches ./kits/ relative to CWD (was broken for installed binaries on Windows/macOS)
