    Add note remapping for non-GM kit compatibility.

    • New [remap] section in mapping TOML translates incoming MIDI notes before sample lookup
    • Kits with non-standard layouts (e.g., AVL Black Pearl) can now map GM notes to correct samples
    • AVL Black Pearl mapping added to drumkit-kits with remaps for notes 23, 48, 50

    Kit Store improvements

    • Grouped by repo — kits in the store are now grouped under repo headers (── owner/repo ──) instead of a flat alphabetical list
    • Repo management everywhere — press r inside the Kit Store to add/remove repos, available in both play mode and setup mode
    • Smart input normalization — paste full GitHub URLs (https://github.com/owner/repo/), bare github.com/owner/repo, or just owner/repo — all work
    • Delete confirmation — removing a repo now requires pressing d twice to confirm
    • Duplicate detection — adding the same repo twice (even with different URL formats) is caught and shows an error
    • Store from kit picker — press s inside the kit picker (k) to jump directly to the store
    • Removed ./kits/ — no longer searches ./kits/ relative to CWD (was broken for installed binaries on Windows/macOS)

    • Kit Store displays kits grouped by repository with dim section headers
    • Navigation in the store automatically skips non-selectable header rows
    • Repo management popup accessible via r from Kit Store in both play and setup modes
    • normalize_repo_input() strips https://, http://, www., github.com/, and trailing slashes
    • Placeholder hint shows example format (e.g. backmeupplz/drumkit-kits)
    • Removed ./kits/ from default_search_dirs(), discover_kits(), and is_kit_installed()
    • Added list_up_skip, list_down_skip, first_selectable helpers for header-aware list navigation
    • Cleaned up empty .gitmodules and removed submodule checkout from Windows CI
    • Updated README with current search directories and store documentation
    • 65 tests passing (10 new for URL normalization)
