Summary

enforce a 100 MB hard media size ceiling for Voicy transcription requests
reject oversized media before access checks, cache/progress handling, or worker job creation
replace the old 20 MB localized rejection copy with a short 100 MB unsupported-file note
add focused media-size proof coverage for voice, audio, video notes, videos, and documents
