Summary

cap Windows worker child-process stdout/stderr capture at 1 MiB while retaining total byte counts and truncation flags
keep output-file transcript parsing intact even when transcribers emit large progress/log streams
fail oversized stdout-only fallback in a controlled, non-retryable way instead of letting Node hit ERR_STRING_TOO_LONG
cap final transcript preview logging so completion logs do not include unbounded transcript text

Manual QA / Deployment

Manual production follow-up is required after review/merge: update the Windows worker checkout/install on backm@borodutch-pc, restart scheduled task VoicyWorker4070Ti, then confirm C:\voicy-worker\logs\worker.log shows the worker starts and processes jobs after restart. No browser or Telegram Web QA is required for this code-only worker crash guard.
