Summary

  • keep the long-running worker loop alive after unexpected polling/processing errors, with redacted crash logs and configurable VOICY_WORKER_RESTART_DELAY_MS
  • add a Windows scheduled-task supervisor: scripts/install-windows-worker.ps1 installs VoicyWorker4070Ti, and scripts/run-windows-worker.ps1 logs worker exits, repeated failures, and restarts yarn worker:run
  • document install/update/troubleshooting steps plus a Windows kill/restart smoke-test plan

Validation

  • yarn build-ts - passed
  • yarn test:worker-client - passed
  • pwsh -NoProfile -Command '[scriptblock]::Create((Get-Content -Raw scripts/run-windows-worker.ps1)) | Out-Null; [scriptblock]::Create((Get-Content -Raw scripts/install-windows-worker.ps1)) | Out-Null; "PowerShell parse passed"' - passed
  • yarn lint - passed

Manual QA: required on the Windows worker host. Use the documented Worker auto-restart QA in docs/windows-worker-client.md: install/start VoicyWorker4070Ti, kill the Node worker child, verify supervisor restart logs, kill the wrapper/process tree, verify Task Scheduler restarts it, then submit/replay a supported audio job and confirm the final transcript arrives after restart.
