Prod backend answered every route with a bare Koa 404 (no CORS headers), so sign-in on todorant.com failed with CORS errors.

Cause: #4 removed googleapis, the only production package that pulled in uuid. The --production image then failed on require('uuid') in controllers/login.js, and app.ts swallowed the bootstrap error, so the CORS middleware never got mounted.

  • Add uuid@^8.3.0 as a direct dependency (the lockfile already has the entry)
  • Exit on a bootstrap failure instead of serving 404s, so a broken deploy restart-loops and shows up in Easypanel
