Google Calendar sync hasn't worked for a while, so it's removed everywhere.

  • Backend: removed the /google/calendar* and /google/notifications endpoints, the watch channels, the todo→calendar updates, the settings fields (googleCalendarCredentials, removeCompletedFromCalendar) and the googleapis dependency. Stored values stay in Mongo and are no longer read.
  • Old clients (Android/iOS 2.2.0 already built): the v2 schema skips unknown fields, so their calendar settings and the key/password they send are ignored, not rejected. A new test covers this. The removed endpoints return 404.
  • Web, Android, iOS: the Integrations screen (calendar was its only row), the Google Calendar onboarding step, the setting and their translations are gone. The web calendar view now always shows completed todos, as the apps do.
  • Docs: README, self-hosting guide, .env.example, backend API docs.

Checks: backend prettier, eslint, tsc and jest (36/36); web tsc and build; Android assembleDebug and unit tests; iOS simulator build.
