The following/followers counts on a profile now link to /u/<name>/following and /u/<name>/followers, which list the people (paged, 100 at a time, via Hypersnap's /v2/farcaster/followers|following). Each row opens that profile. Adds the "Followers" title in all six languages.

Fixes backmeupplz/quilcast#3 (GitHub issue).

Make follower and following counts open their lists bfbf56711e

/u/<name>/followers and /u/<name>/following list the people, paged from
Hypersnap's followers/following endpoints. Fixes #3.
