  Fix: exit-node slowness on hosts without IPv6

  On a host whose upstream provides no IPv6, the Tailscale exit node advertised a ::/0 route it couldn't serve — exit-node clients got AAAA records, tunneled IPv6 into a black hole, and stalled on Happy-Eyeballs timeouts before falling back to IPv4.

  MyGround now detects when the host has no IPv6 egress and sets Pi-hole's filter-AAAA, so clients only ever resolve IPv4 and never attempt the dead path. Conditional and self-healing: dual-stack installs are unaffected, and the filter clears automatically if real IPv6 egress later appears.
