Summary

Replace the MasterSelects colorful 128px app tile SVG with a 24px catalog line icon using the existing #a08068 stroke style.
Add a registry test that asserts the MasterSelects SVG keeps the catalog icon dimensions, fill, stroke, and no longer uses the 128px tile viewBox.

Validation

npm install --no-package-lock in web/ to install local frontend dependencies without lockfile changes.
npm run build in web/ to produce web/dist for Rust embedding.
cargo test masterselects passed: 2 matching tests passed.
git diff --check passed.
cargo fmt --check was attempted but reports broad pre-existing formatting drift in unrelated Rust files; no formatting churn included here.

Manual QA: not required; this is a static catalog SVG replacement covered by the registry assertion and targeted Rust tests.
