Summary

add Stirling PDF to the embedded MyGround app registry with metadata, icon, install variables, storage volumes, and compose template
persist upstream-recommended configs, custom files, logs, pipeline, and OCR tessdata volumes
document the app in the README catalog and add registry coverage for image, storage, health, and auth/language variables

Validation

Automated checks run:

cd web && bun install && bun run build - passed; required to create ignored web/dist for Rust embed tests. Local Bun rewrote web/bun.lock; restored that generated lockfile change before commit.
rustfmt --edition 2021 --check src/registry.rs - passed.
cargo test registry::tests - passed: 23 tests.
cargo test apps_available - passed: 2 tests.
Docker smoke from apps/stirling-pdf.yml with login disabled on 127.0.0.1:18185 - passed: container health healthy, / title Stirling PDF, /merge-pdfs title Stirling PDF; container removed after test.

Known validation note:

cargo fmt --check remains red because existing unrelated files (src/api/apps.rs, tests/api_tests.rs, tests/backup_e2e.rs) are not rustfmt-clean. The touched Rust file passes targeted rustfmt.

Manual QA: not required for this scoped registry addition; Docker smoke verified the compose template starts and serves the UI/tool route locally.
