Summary

Add Anytype to the MyGround app catalog using the official any-sync Docker Compose stack
Store generated Anytype client/network config and sync data in managed storage volumes
Add catalog icon, README row, and registry tests for the new app

Validation

docker compose config --quiet on a generated Anytype compose sample
cargo test registry::tests --lib
cargo test --lib

Manual QA: not required for this catalog-only change; automated registry and compose parsing cover the changed surface.
