Summary

Add Karakeep app metadata, compose template, and catalog SVG icon.
Wire the official Karakeep release image with Chrome capture support and Meilisearch, plus persistent app data and search-index volumes.
Add required install variables for NEXTAUTH_SECRET and MEILI_MASTER_KEY, post-install notes for first login/auth URL/crawler caveats, and static docs/catalog mentions.
Add registry tests covering Karakeep metadata, services, storage, install variables, and icon style.

Validation

cd web && bun run build - passed after bun install; Bun 1.1 rewrote web/bun.lock, reverted before commit.
cargo test registry -- --nocapture - passed.
cargo test - passed, 278 lib tests, 6 main tests, 83 API tests, 12 ignored backup e2e tests.
cd web && bunx vitest run - passed, 17 files / 115 tests.

cargo fmt --check / rustfmt --check src/registry.rs are not clean on current master because of pre-existing formatting drift in src/api/apps.rs, tests/api_tests.rs, tests/backup_e2e.rs, and existing Kaneo/Penpot test assertions in src/registry.rs; this PR leaves unrelated formatting untouched.

Manual QA

Manual QA is not required for merge because this change is an app catalog/template addition and automated registry plus compose validation proves the install surface. A reviewer can optionally install Karakeep in a disposable MyGround data dir with random NEXTAUTH_SECRET and MEILI_MASTER_KEY, open the assigned URL, and verify the login/signup page loads.
