Summary

Add 4 new service definitions: Jellyfin (8087), Nextcloud (8088), Vaultwarden (8089), qBittorrent (8090)
Nextcloud includes multi-container setup with MariaDB + Redis and db_dump config
qBittorrent includes post-install notes about default credentials
Make registry and API tests auto-discover services from embedded files instead of hardcoding counts/lists

Test plan

All 113 unit tests pass (cargo test --lib)
All non-frontend API tests pass (services count tests now dynamic)
Each .toml parses correctly, each .yml has valid compose syntax
No port conflicts (8087–8090 are all new)
