Brings the SMS relay back to the Play build for a second permissions-declaration attempt. v0.4 was rejected on 2026-10-10 because its demo video didn't show the relay working.

The play flavor gets the relay again. BuildConfig.SMS_RELAY and app/src/play/AndroidManifest.xml are removed.
Turning the relay on opens a disclosure dialog (what's read, posted and sent, and that nothing goes to a server) before Android's permission prompts.
The store descriptions (fastlane, shared with F-Droid) lead with the relay. The screenshots are the green set from the site, and three of them show the relay.
meshplus.app no longer says the relay is APK-only.
v0.5.0 (code 9).

Submitted 2026-10-16. The bundle was built from this branch (0ca6e01) and uploaded to Play production by hand, so the release workflow didn't resubmit the iPhone app. It went to review together with the new listing (texts and 7 screenshots) and the updated SMS/Call log declaration. Approved: merge this PR (it also updates the site), and the next pipeline release uses versionCode 10 or higher.
