Block, Report and a terms screen for the Android app, matching what the iOS app gets for App Review (guideline 1.2). Google Play expects the same from chat apps.

Block: in a message's long-press menu and on a node's page. It hides the node's room messages and the whole DM conversation, and new messages from it are dropped before they're stored, so there's no notification and no SMS relay command. The block list lives on the phone (blocked prefs), and Settings gets a Blocked entry to unblock.
Report: in the same menu. It opens the email app (ACTION_SENDTO mailto:) to support@borodutch.com with the message text, the sender's name and node id, the time (ISO), and the room. The "Also block" option is ticked by default.
Terms: shown once before anything else, demo included, linking https://meshplus.app/terms.html. Existing users see it once after updating.
The long-press menu replaces text selection in chat bubbles; Copy is in the menu. Relayed-SMS bubbles are unchanged.
0.4.4 / versionCode 8, plus the changelog.

Tested with the fdroid release build and the demo on an API 34 emulator:

The terms screen appears, and Agree opens setup.
Long-pressing a message shows Copy, Report and Block.
Report opens Gmail's compose and blocks the sender when the box is ticked.
Settings → Blocked lists the node, and Unblock brings its messages back.
Block from the node page disables Message, and the node's demo reply was dropped while Maya's and Ridge's came through.

Unit tests pass for both flavors (new BlockTest). The fdroid APK's signing block is still v2 + padding only.
