Coupled with the jev-laya #85 prompt PR. APPROVED_MODEL laya-jev-ckpt-v2-examples-85-83403c71 / prompt sha 83403c71…; both laya-jev-ckpt-v2 (production JEV_MODEL) and the #69 identity laya-jev-ckpt-v2-examples-856e52e3 alias to it, so the cache fingerprint changes and old-model responses fail open (keep) during rollout.

Tests: typecheck + bun test (495 pass, 286 DB/live skipped locally, 0 fail).
