Run on Node 22 (Node.js Oct 2026 security release) (#24)
* Run on Node 22 (Node.js Oct 2026 security release)

Node 16 is EOL and gets no fixes for the Oct 21 2026 security release.
Switch .nvmrc to v22 and pin the Nixpacks nixpkgs archive so the build
uses nodejs_22.

* Pin nixpkgs 6d514b9bf155 for Node 22.23.4

All Nixpacks apps now generate a byte-identical Nix layer, so Node 22.23.4
is compiled once on the build host and reused from Docker's layer cache.

* Pin nixpkgs to Hydra-built release-26.05 (nodejs 22.23.4 cached)
