Scope

Add one Plain Wallet project card beside Veydrift, linking to https://github.com/backmeupplz/plainwallet.
Describe it from the Plain Wallet README as a minimal open-source EVM wallet extension for Chrome and Firefox; no safety claims.
Extend ProjectCode with the static, stats-free project code. No icon or category is used by existing project cards; no layout changes.

Validation

CI-equivalent Node 16.17.0, Yarn 3.1.0 (node .yarn/releases/yarn-3.1.0.cjs): install --immutable, tsc --skipLibCheck, lint, test:stats-fallbacks, build — passed locally.
git diff --check passed. The emitted docs/assets/index.*.js contained the title, destination, and description exactly once each. Generated docs files were restored/removed after inspection; PR changes only the two source files.
Build emitted pre-existing-style Babel large-generated-file and outdated Browserslist notices, no failure.

Release and QA handoff

PR workflow (.github/workflows/workflows.yml) runs install, typecheck, lint on pull requests. On a main push, .github/workflows/deployflow.yml runs Node 16.17.0 yarn install --immutable, yarn build, uploads the docs artifact and deploys via GitHub Pages (docs/CNAME = borodutch.com). Reviewer/parent must verify PR CI, review/merge, verify merged-main build/deploy workflow succeeds, then verify the live Projects list on https://borodutch.com contains exactly one Plain Wallet card with the correct GitHub link and copy. This PR does not merge or deploy.
