GEN-KANEO-25 — Refine borodutch.com Jev stats copy and add historical charts

Live 390px QA of #49 found the third Jev chart's long SVG title clipped at the right edge even though all three first-day points rendered. Shorten the title to Total spam deleted vs days ago; preserve the successful-deletion data series and rebuild the Pages bundle with a new content hash.

Validation: Node 20 yarn test:stats-fallbacks, yarn lint, and yarn build passed; git diff --check clean. Follow-up live desktop/mobile screenshot verification remains required after Pages deployment. This does not address Nikita's separately reported blank data on his existing browser tab; the fresh-browser API/page checks returned data and a client-specific screenshot was requested.
