Summary

keep only the newest three existing posts in explicit newest-first order
restore concise 160-character excerpts while retaining the compact existing card layout
regenerate the checked-in GitHub Pages bundle through the normal build

The already-merged GEN-24 project removals and stale Symphony-copy cleanup remain unchanged.

Closing as superseded by the already deployed GEN-24 homepage. Production currently shows exactly three date/title-only entries, which is the more compact interpretation of the requested layout and has passed live QA. Restoring excerpts would expand the cards after acceptance.
