Summary

  • load /summary for initial project counts instead of the heavyweight /stats payload
  • fetch /stats/:project only when a project stats panel is opened
  • add an ARR chart beside the existing user-count chart using /arr
  • rebuild committed docs assets

Validation

  • source ~/.nvm/nvm.sh && nvm use 16.17.0 && npx prettier --check src && npx eslint --max-warnings 0 --ext ts,tsx,json src
  • source ~/.nvm/nvm.sh && nvm use 16.17.0 && npx tsc && npx vite build
  • git diff --check

Response Size Evidence

  • Current public /stats: 1,150,844 bytes
  • New initial stats plan uses /summary plus existing /count and /arr; projected /summary from current public stats is 935 bytes
  • Current public /count: 51,008 bytes

Manual QA: required after stats PR deployment. Verify borodutch.com network panel loads /summary, /count, and /arr initially, does not load /stats, and fetches /stats/:project after opening a project details panel.
