Adds Veydrift data for borodutch.com.

Fetches summary and daily from https://stats.veydrift.com/api/stats on each stats update. That API has no CORS header, so the site cannot call it directly. The contracts and topEvents fields are dropped.
projectCounts.veydrift is the total transaction count, under a new transactions label. Only users counts feed userCountSeparate, so it does not inflate the users total. Added a test for this.
/summary carries the totals and /stats/veydrift adds the 30 daily points.

Checks: jest passes 93/93. Ran it locally against the live Veydrift API.
