Summary

publish an atomic daily Jev history point for raw known-chat rows, classification attempts, and successful deletions
preserve the existing Jev users-counter contribution and include reachable channel subscribers consistently
validate snapshots, keep last-known-good data, and remove stale optional history fields when rolling back to a pre-history producer
keep old/new producer-consumer rollout orders compatible

Scope correction

The chat series intentionally keeps raw all-row knownChatCount semantics (currently 658), including private, channel, and legacy migrated rows. It does not substitute the active protected-group count.

Validation

TypeScript build passes
13 Jest suites / 85 tests pass
focused channel-audience, rollback, daily-snapshot, API compatibility, and publication regressions pass
git diff --check

Deployment

deploy the stats collector/API; either website rollout order is supported
verify /summary and /stats/jevAntispam after the next daily collection
