Summary

collect Jev PostgreSQL totals and refresh every current Telegram community
include Jev private chats plus reachable group/channel audiences in the validated headline total
refresh lightweight live sources while carrying forward validated historical bot scans
publish the complete schema-v2 snapshot atomically and keep schema-v1 readable during rollout
run an opt-in daily publisher with one-hour failure retry and a bounded collection deadline
retry Telegram 5xx responses so transient failures cannot publish an undercount

yarn test (13 suites, 76 tests)

Deployment

On the single API replica, preserve the published snapshot/history volume and existing environment; add JEV_DATABASE_URL, JEV_TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN, and STATS_DAILY_COLLECTION_ENABLED=true. Verify one live publication updates /count and /summary; any source failure must leave the previous snapshot served.
