Summary

restore a resumable reach counter that never writes the production user-count file
count private chats locally and check group membership/audience through Telegram
recover orphaned Voicy chat IDs from transcription jobs
recover orphaned Randy group IDs from raffles, edited chats, and admin-chat history
fail closed on incomplete sources and write the shadow result atomically
stop logging the Cloudflare credential

Safety

output is restricted to STATS_SHADOW_RESULT_PATH
usercount.txt is explicitly rejected
checkpoints are persistent and failed Telegram calls are retried on the next run
no website/API code path invokes the shadow collector

Validation

yarn test --runInBand — 58 tests passed
git diff --check
