Summary

select Node 20 for Nixpacks and local nvm-compatible builds
preserve the merged Mongoose 6.13.10 dependency and lockfile
avoid unrelated application or dependency changes

Rework context

The first managed Easypanel deploy of Mongoose 6.13.10 stopped during install because .nvmrc selected Node 16 while koa@3.1.2 requires Node >=18. This PR changes only the runtime declaration.

Validation

mise exec node@20 -- node --version -> v20.20.2
mise exec node@20 -- yarn install --frozen-lockfile -> passed with the expected non-fatal optional fsevents@1.2.9 build warning
mise exec node@20 -- yarn build-ts -> passed
mise exec node@20 -- yarn test -> 8 suites and 54 tests passed
mise exec node@20 -- yarn why mongoose -> mongoose@6.13.10

Testing handoff

After review and merge, trigger exactly one Easypanel-managed GitHub/Nixpacks deployment. Verify the service remains 1/1, the running container resolves Mongoose 6.13.10, https://stats.borodutch.com/summary returns HTTP 200, the domain remains configured, and /app/usercount persistence remains mounted.
