Summary

add /summary and /stats/:project so borodutch.com can fetch lightweight initial stats and lazy project details
add /arr backed by Stripe paid subscription invoice lines, with zeroed configured: false data when Stripe is not configured
document endpoint shapes and STRIPE_SECRET_KEY config

Manual QA: not required for this API-only PR before deploy; browser/network verification belongs with the borodutch.com consumer PR after both are deployed.
