Adds a nix job to the Test workflow so a change that breaks the flake fails CI instead of going unnoticed.

nix flake check builds the package, runs its tests in the Nix sandbox and boots the NixOS module test (nix/test.nix) in a VM.

Builds are kept in the GitHub Actions cache through Magic Nix Cache: no secrets, and pull requests from forks use it too. Everything else comes from cache.nixos.org.

The flake is healthy on current main: the package builds on aarch64-darwin, and the full check passes on x86_64-linux.

Thanks a lot, Yakov! This is a really nice addition: with the flake and the NixOS module tested on every PR, they can't quietly break anymore, and the VM test running in under two minutes with Magic Nix Cache is great. Merging 🙏
