Summary

GEN-KANEO-42 — Use 50k planet-specific satellite energy threshold for bot alerts

  • Replace both count-based gates with inclusive 50,000 projected satellite energy, using built + active + backlog snapshot counts exactly once.
  • Match canonical Solidity temperature semantics, per-satellite truncation and 1–65 caps; retain names, coordinates and counts with explicitly projected capacity.
  • Preserve event-block reads, cursor/deduplication/state storage and suppressed-event advancement. Add focused offline tests and Node 22 CI.

Verification

  • npm ci: zero vulnerabilities
  • npm run check: pass
  • npm test: 7 tests pass, including exact threshold, hot/cold, caps/rounding, whole-snapshot once-only accounting, exclusions and no old count bypass
  • git diff --check: pass
  • Canonical source and direct temperature caller verified at Veydrift main eda10dbae26d34834037cd2e258877b069e32a5c (permalinks in README).
  • Independent exact-head Astra review pending; verdict will be posted before handoff.

Release handoff

Implementation only; not deployed. Reviewer must recheck current main and green CI, squash merge, wait for main CI, then use Easypanel to inspect/preserve existing bots/veydrift-solar-satellite-bot state mount and stop-first rollout. Capture pre/post cursor/dedup state and prove running commit/cursor continuity. No state reset, historical replay, unsolicited Telegram test posts, game changes or broadcasts. General completion goes to Done after reviewed merge/deploy, without gameplay QA.
