Summary

Format claim allocation raw amounts as 18-decimal units in the claim UI.
Preserve full fractional precision up to 18 decimals with BigInt string math, trimming only trailing fractional zeros.
Add focused formatter tests for zero, 1 raw unit, whole-token, fractional, and large non-round allocations.

Manual QA: deployment/live production verification remains external. Automated validation covers the deterministic formatting and confirms the app still typechecks, tests, and builds.
