Summary

Add the confirmed Base mainnet BORO token proxy as the frontend default.
Keep VITE_BASE_MAINNET_BORO_ADDRESS as an override and reuse the default in lock config.
Update docs/tests for the confirmed address.

Manual QA is not required for this code change; the production bundle contains the confirmed public token address and the UI path is covered by the existing launch config rendering branch.
