Summary

add a compact Base mainnet $BORO contract panel to the frontend
render a pending deployment state when VITE_BORO_TOKEN_ADDRESS is unset or zero
show a copyable address and Basescan link when the confirmed token address is configured
document the pending/final address deployment behavior
