Summary

Replace the production frontend's visible testnet claim/lock copy with a $BORO launch surface.
Add a Base mainnet $BORO contract card that stays pending until VITE_BASE_MAINNET_BORO_ADDRESS is set, then shows the full address, copy action, and Basescan token link.
Point the lock UI at Base mainnet $BORO env (VITE_BASE_MAINNET_BORO_ADDRESS, VITE_BORO_LOCK_ADDRESS) and keep it pending until the production lock proxy is configured.
Add a production launch runbook covering token, distribution wallet, lock handoff, frontend env, and verification metadata.

Frontend dist stale-copy scan: no $testcoin or Base Sepolia copy in apps/frontend/dist
Env build smoke with dummy nonzero addresses confirmed the token card emits a Basescan token link and full address, then dist was reset to pending build
