Summary

update Borodutch Tools metadata and primary frontend cards from testnet/testcoin copy to production $BORO launch wording
switch the frontend lock config to Base mainnet BORO env vars and Basescan links
treat zero-address placeholders as unconfigured so no fake BORO token or lock address appears live
