Summary

add production Open Graph and Twitter/X card metadata for tools.borodutch.com
add the 1200x630 Borodutch Tools share image plus SVG/PNG/apple favicon coverage and a web manifest
keep the app UI unchanged and align metadata copy with "Everything borodutch-crypto related"

inspected apps/frontend/dist/index.html and confirmed canonical, OG, Twitter, favicon, apple-touch-icon, and manifest tags are present
