Summary

replace the legacy provider-specific thinking flag with OpenRouter reasoning controls
retry once when a routed free model returns no visible content
remove stale Kimi branding from bot copy and setup docs

Verification

bun test (45 passing)
bun run typecheck
live openrouter/free probe reproduced an empty first route followed by visible content from later routes
