Removes the optional Megapot lottery ticket feature entirely:

lib/megapot.ts (addresses, ticket/approve calldata, USDC allowance reads, counting) deleted
background: transaction counting (sent), the ticket purchase + USDC approval flow and the wallet's own-origin requests removed
popup: plainwallet_megapot approval rendering/second opinion, the Settings section and the Send counter message removed; iOS-only switch gone from the app shim
README, PRIVACY and landing page: Megapot mentions removed; line count updated to ~2,850 lines of TypeScript (non-test .ts, wc -l)
tests: Megapot assertions removed; test-fees.js now expects 2 "Estimated max fee" rows
version 0.5.0

Checks: tsc --noEmit, npm test (all 10 files) and npm run build pass. Not done: manual browser UI pass. Existing users keep an inert megapot key in storage.local; nothing reads it.
