Summary

Replace Add account with Manage accounts in the selector and Settings, showing seed-source groups and separately imported keys without revealing secrets.
Generate a fresh independent seed only after a backup acknowledgement; retain seed derivation and both import paths.
Confirm individual/group removals with local-access and backup warnings. Validate exact account identities/group membership, clean nicknames/connections, preserve selection, and retain the existing last-account reset flow.

npm ci, npm test, focused real-dialog synthetic DOM regression
Chrome, Firefox MV3, Android web builds; TypeScript check
Independent Astra high exact-head review: PASS at f620cff7b78142bcfaa325888e1496402697bcea (run 0aebfa61-6575-4cf7-8219-9ed8ae4965b2). Additional checks covered concurrent derivation/removal, shifted indexes, all-account protection, rejected writes and lock/unlock persistence.
Release Python checks: 44 tests, OK (1 skipped).
No real-wallet or live browser test claimed; wallet changes are not a security audit.
