    Fixes

    • Extra folders mounted read-only — bind mounts used :ro flag, preventing apps like qBittorrent from writing downloads to mounted host directories. Now mounted read-write.
    • Hardcoded UID/GID — linuxserver.io containers (qBittorrent, Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, Prowlarr, Gitea) used hardcoded 1000:1000 instead of the actual MyGround user's UID/GID, causing file permission mismatches.

    Improvements

    • Bind path visibility — storage volumes and extra folders now show both host and container paths in the UI, making it easier to understand where data lives.
    • Write permission check — adding an extra folder now probes the host directory for write access and returns a clear error if permissions are wrong, instead of silently failing at runtime.

    • Fix: auto-update not applying updates — The scheduler's 6-hour throttle was blocking both the check and apply phases. Manual "Check for Updates" would prevent auto-apply for 6 hours. Now the throttle only gates the expensive docker-pull check; pending updates are applied every scheduler tick (60s).
    • Faster update checks — App image pulls now run 5 at a time in parallel instead of sequentially.

    • Auto-link arr apps on install — When you install Sonarr or Radarr, myground automatically links them to already-installed Prowlarr (indexer) and qBittorrent (download client). After deploy, it creates the shared Docker network, restarts linked apps, and runs autoconfigure to wire up download clients, indexer sync, root folders, and qBittorrent categories.
    • Wire autoconfigure into link update API — Manually changing links in the UI now also triggers autoconfigure.
    • Arr auth via API — Configures Forms authentication on arr apps after first deploy.

    Fixes

    • Fix arr apps (Sonarr/Radarr/Prowlarr) authentication setup — Modern arr apps store credentials in their database, not config.xml. The old entrypoint script that injected auth into config.xml never worked. Now uses the arr API to configure Forms authentication after the app starts and becomes healthy. A flag file prevents reconfiguration on subsequent restarts.
    • Remove broken entrypoint/command hack from arr compose templates — compose files are now clean with no custom entrypoint
