Implements Nikita's decision B (generalized) for agentboard #126 (https://agentboard.icefish-betta.ts.net/#126).

src/promo-patterns.ts: two structural rules, side_gig_offer (work offer + pay per period + move-to-DM call) and bot_testimonial (first-person experience verb → @…bot / t.me/…bot → outcome). Text is normalized for case, accents, lookalike letters, emoji and o-for-zero. Requested replies to members, request/discussion phrasing, warnings and reports, quoted spans, attributed reposts and job seekers never match.
src/bot.ts: a match deletes when the model score is ≥ 0.30 (gate unchanged), through the normal audit/stats path with rule set to the pattern name. It also takes the account's earlier unhandled repeat copies. New content-free log event promo_pattern_detected.
Replay on 8.9 days of production capture (72,511 texts): 11 new deletions (10 side-gig campaign copies including incident 619, plus incident 1030) and 0 false positives. 64 further matches were already model-deleted, and all of them are job-scam ads. Details are in docs/promo-patterns.md.
Tests: incidents, held-out paraphrases, controls, and real-handler routing. bun run check passes.
