Summary

Integrate latest main d8093a7, preserving account/server-isolated retained downloads and loading/credential/async guards.
Add Android persisted-queue/stale-callback and iOS cancellation/retry/refresh/terminal regressions.
Keep retained refresh feedback outside the scroll viewport: live row reflow can no longer hide titles underneath it. Negative control demonstrates the former defect.
Strengthen real edge-gesture and downloaded-list anchor checks without relaxing offsets or adding button fallbacks. Preserve all13 iOS suites and lane-specific failure artifacts.
